What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at contact@flashswoop.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
First, we process all orders within 1-3 business days. After that, shipping times are as follows:
Denmark: 3-5 business days
France & Germany: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
In total, you can expect your order within 4-8 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package's journey.
I'm in the UK. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Yes. As the UK is no longer in the EU, orders are subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential costs.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at contact@flashswoop.com with your order number. We will guide you through the process and provide a free return shipping label.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
